These terms describe use of the WaldorfOS informational website. They are not pilot participation terms or a license to the private WOI application.
Waldorf Enterprises LLC operates this website and handles its public business inquiries. WaldorfOS is the software brand; W Opportunities is its developing opportunity-discovery and qualification service.
Website purpose
This site introduces WaldorfOS, the completed private WOI 1.0 Mac application, and planned business-software offerings. It provides no access to private application workspaces, public accounts, or software downloads.
Existing products and planned features
WOI 1.0 exists as a private application. W Opportunities is the first commercial product in development, with individually scoped early pilots; Proposal Studio is a planned product. Roadmap descriptions explain intentions and may change. They are not a commitment to availability, features, release dates, pricing, or support.
No public SaaS subscription, automated sourcing service, or fully autonomous proposal service is offered through this site. Any future pilot or service will require its own agreed scope and terms.
Using the website
You may browse this site and follow its public links. Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the site, or misuse the owner’s contact details. Refer to original procurement sources and independently check requirements before making business decisions.
Website materials
The WaldorfOS name, visual identity, and website materials identify this project. This site does not grant a license to private software or third-party materials. For permission to reuse branding or substantial website content, contact the owner. Operating this website does not transfer ownership of software IP. Rights you have under applicable law are unaffected.
Information and availability
We aim to keep these pages accurate, but information can change and the website may be unavailable. Website descriptions are not professional advice, a qualification decision, an assurance of proposal compliance, or a guarantee of a contract award. No specific business result or uninterrupted availability is promised.
Privacy and external services
The Privacy Policy explains website traffic, email inquiries, and the separate private application. Third-party links lead to independently operated services whose own policies apply. Contacting the owner does not create a customer relationship or authorize handling of confidential materials.
